§ 2. Definicje
38a ustawy o prawach konsumenta.
Organizacja oznacza konto biura projektowego albo innego zespołu w ARmess.
§ 4. Opis Usługi
ARmess jest narzędziem do prowadzenia projektów wnętrzarskich. W zakresie udostępnionym danej roli Usługa obejmuje:
Konta, Organizacje oraz role właściciela, projektanta i klienta.
Projekty, zadania i kalendarz Organizacji.
Dziennik projektu: wpisy, komentarze i załączniki.
Linki udostępnienia z uprawnieniem odczytu albo edycji i z terminem ważności.
sprzedawać, wynajmować ani sublicencjonować Usługi;
omijać kontroli dostępu albo zabezpieczeń technicznych;
pobierać danych z Usługi w sposób automatyczny w celu zbudowania konkurencyjnego zbioru albo produktu;
75 ustawy o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych, gdy jest to niezbędne do uzyskania informacji koniecznych do osiągnięcia współdziałania niezależnie stworzonego programu.
§ 6. Konta i Organizacje
Rejestracja wymaga nazwy, adresu e-mail i hasła spełniającego wymagania pokazane w formularzu albo tożsamości u wybranego dostawcy logowania. Użytkownik podaje dane prawdziwe w tym zakresie i chroni dostęp do Konta. O utracie kontroli nad Kontem informuje Usługodawcę bez zbędnej zwłoki.
Właściciel zarządza składem Organizacji i rolami, konfiguruje rezerwacje oraz odpowiada za to, jakie dane i jakie osoby wprowadza do Organizacji. Projektant korzysta z narzędzi Organizacji w zakresie swojej roli. Klient i Gość korzystają w granicach roli albo linku.
§ 7. Wymagania techniczne i dane w urządzeniu
Do korzystania z Usługi potrzebne są:
aktualna przeglądarka Chrome, Safari, Firefox albo Edge, z włączonym JavaScript i możliwością zapisu danych lokalnych;
połączenie z internetem i działająca skrzynka e-mail;
token sesji w pamięci lokalnej przeglądarki, niezbędny do utrzymania logowania; wylogowanie go unieważnia;
wybór motywu i języka w pamięci lokalnej;
techniczny plik cookie zapamiętujący stan panelu bocznego aplikacji.
Odczyt strony i wysłanie danych produktu do Konta następuje, gdy Użytkownik uruchomi tę czynność w rozszerzeniu.
Koszt połączenia z Usługą ponosi Użytkownik według taryfy swojego dostawcy. Usługodawca nie używa połączeń o podwyższonej opłacie.
ma prawo i podstawę prawną, aby wprowadzić Treści do Usługi;
Treści nie naruszają prawa ani praw osób trzecich;
§ 9. Zasady korzystania i treści bezprawne
Usługodawca potwierdza otrzymanie zgłoszenia i informuje o decyzji.
§ 10. Rezerwacje i płatności Organizacji
Jeżeli Usługodawca wprowadzi plan płatny, przed złożeniem zamówienia poda cenę brutto w złotych polskich, okres rozliczeniowy, sposób płatności i czas trwania umowy. Wprowadzenie opłaty albo zmiana ceny wobec Konsumenta i Przedsiębiorcy uprzywilejowanego wymaga wyraźnej akceptacji.
treść wprowadzoną przez Użytkowników i Organizacje;
wykonanie konsultacji, cenę tej konsultacji i zwrot płatności przyjętej przez Organizację;
aktualność danych produktów na stronach sklepów;
§ 16. Czas trwania, wypowiedzenie i dane
Konsument i Przedsiębiorca uprzywilejowany mogą wypowiedzieć umowę do dnia poprzedzającego ten dzień.
§ 18. Prawo właściwe i spory
Kontakt: adres e-mail z § 1.
Cele i podstawy:
założenie Konta, świadczenie Usługi, wiadomości o umowie i jej zmianach: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO;
bezpieczeństwo, ustalenie nadużyć, skrót adresu IP przy wpisie dziennika i dochodzenie roszczeń: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO, z uwagi na prawnie uzasadniony interes polegający na ochronie Usługi i dokumentów potrzebnych do obrony praw;
6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO.
Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, https://uodo.gov.pl.
Załącznik A. Powierzenie przetwarzania danych
Przedmiot
Usługodawca przetwarza dane wyłącznie w celu utrzymania narzędzi projektowych: przechowywania, wyświetlania osobom uprawnionym, kopii zapasowych, bezpieczeństwa, obsługi rezerwacji i wysyłki wiadomości transakcyjnych związanych z Organizacją.

9 RODO i uprzednio uzgodni to z Usługodawcą. ARmess nie jest do takich danych przeznaczony.

Zapewnia, aby osoby upoważnione zobowiązały się do poufności.
Stosuje środki odpowiednie do ryzyka: kontrolę dostępu, transmisję szyfrowaną HTTPS, przechowywanie haseł wyłącznie w postaci skrótu, izolację danych Organizacji w aplikacji, tokeny udostępnienia o ograniczonej ważności i ograniczenie liczby żądań przy rezerwacji.
Udostępnia informacje potrzebne do wykazania zgodności z art. 28 RODO.
ARmess EULA and Terms
Version 1.0 of
This document is the end user licence for the ARmess software, the terms for services supplied by electronic means, and, for a consumer, the terms of a contract for a digital service. Annex A is the data-processing agreement. Annex B is the withdrawal instruction.
If the Polish and English texts differ, the Polish text prevails. This document may be saved and printed free of charge. The information required before a distance contract is concluded is set out in particular in Sections 1, 4, 7, 11, 13, 14, 16, and 20, and in Annex B.
Section 1. The Provider
The fields in square brackets must be completed before the Service is offered. Until then, the identification of the Provider required before a contract is concluded is incomplete.

The email address in this Section is the address for complaints, withdrawals, personal-data requests, and the contact point for users and authorities in matters of the intermediary service, in Polish and English.
Section 2. Definitions
ARmess or the Service means the application at projektowe.studio, the information site on which this document is published, the public booking calendar, and the ARmess browser extension.
The Provider means the person identified in Section 1.
User means a person who uses the Service, including a Guest.
Consumer means a natural person who deals with the Provider for a purpose that is not directly connected with that person’s business or profession.
Privileged trader means a natural person who concludes a contract directly related to that person’s business where the contract is not of a professional character for that person. That person has the protection of Article 3855 of the Polish Civil Code and Article 38a of the Consumer Rights Act.
Organization means a design-studio or other team account in ARmess. Owner means a user with the OWNER role.
Account means a User account. Guest means a person using a share link or the public booking form.
User Content means material submitted to the Service by or for a User, including projects, diary entries, files, shopping lists, and product data.
Section 3. Formation of the contract
The contract is concluded when the User creates an Account, starts using the Service as a Guest, or installs the extension, whichever happens first, after this document has been made available. Opening the information site alone does not create an Account.
The Service is not directed at anyone under 18. An Account may be created by a person with full legal capacity or by that person’s legal representative.
The Provider sends the Consumer confirmation of the contract on a durable medium, to the Account email address, without undue delay after registration. The confirmation includes information on the right of withdrawal, or on its absence where that right does not apply on the facts.
The person who creates an Organization, and each Owner, represents that they can bind the Organization and accepts Annex A on its behalf.
Section 4. The Service
ARmess is a tool for running interior-design projects. Within the scope made available to a role, the Service includes:
Accounts, Organizations, and the owner, designer, and client roles.
Projects, tasks, and the Organization calendar.
A project diary: entries, comments, and attachments. A file may not exceed 8 MB. A Guest may add no more than 20 MB in total to one diary entry.
Shopping lists, collections, product images, and marks on visualisations.
Share links with read or edit permission and an expiry time.
A public consultation-booking form embedded on the Organization’s site, confirmed by email.
Payment for an Organization’s consultation through Przelewy24, if the Organization enables it on its own merchant account.
A Chrome or Safari extension which, at the User’s request, reads public product data from the open shop page and saves it to a shopping list.
Sign-in with a password or, where the Provider has enabled that method, with Google, Apple, or Facebook.
The Service is not the performance of an interior design, the sale of goods from shops, or a design consultation. The Provider does not check prices, stock, or descriptions taken from shop pages. The client concludes the consultation contract with the Organization.
Messages about an Account, invitations, and bookings are sent from the projektowe.studio domain. The Provider may require the email address to be confirmed.
Section 5. Licence
The Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for the term of the contract, worldwide, in order to carry out or take part in the Organization’s work, and within the limits of the User’s role and any share link. The licence does not transfer copyright or the rights in the names ARmess and projektowe.studio.
The User may not:
sell, rent, or sublicense the Service;
bypass access controls or technical safeguards;
extract data from the Service automatically in order to build a competing collection or product;
remove the Provider’s notices.
These restrictions do not limit rights that cannot be waived by contract, including observing and decompiling the program under Article 75 of the Polish Copyright Act where that is necessary to obtain the information required to achieve interoperability of an independently created program.
The source code of the Service is not licensed. Third-party components remain under their own licences. On request, the Provider will identify open-source licences to the extent those licences require it.
Section 6. Accounts and Organizations
Registration requires a name, an email address, and a password that meets the requirements shown on the form, or an identity from the sign-in provider the User chooses. The User provides truthful data in that respect and protects access to the Account. The User tells the Provider without undue delay if they lose control of the Account.
The Owner manages the Organization’s membership and roles, configures bookings, and is responsible for the data and people the Organization brings into the Service. A designer uses the Organization’s tools within that role. A client and a Guest use the Service within the role or the link. A share link works as a key: anyone who has it can use it until it expires or is revoked.
The Provider may refuse registration if the data are incomplete or creating the Account would breach these terms. The Provider may suspend access where that is necessary to stop a material breach, protect other users, secure the Service, or comply with law. The Provider then states the reason, unless a legal rule or the justified interest of criminal proceedings prevents it. A Consumer may complain under Section 14. Suspension does not take away a Consumer’s rights where the digital service is not in conformity.
Section 7. Technical requirements and data on the device
Use of the Service requires:
a current Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge browser, with JavaScript enabled and the ability to store data locally;
an internet connection and a working email inbox;
for the extension: Chrome or Safari, and permission to read the open tab when the User asks the extension to do so.
The Service stores on the User’s device data that are not the content shown in the interface and that are needed for the Service to work:
a session token in the browser’s local storage, necessary to stay signed in; signing out invalidates it;
the choice of theme and language in local storage;
a technical cookie that remembers the state of the application side panel.
In this version of the terms the Provider does not store analytics or advertising files. The extension loads, on pages the User visits, a component needed to read product data. The page is read and the product data are sent to the Account when the User starts that action in the extension.
The User pays for the connection to the Service under the User’s own provider tariff. The Provider does not use premium-rate communications.
Section 8. User Content
Rights in User Content remain with the User or with the person from whom the User derives them. The User grants the Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence for the term of the contract, worldwide, solely to provide the Service: to record, store, display the content to people authorised in the Organization and through a valid link, to make backups, and to transmit it. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for backups until they are overwritten and for data that must be kept by law.
The User warrants that:
the User has the right and the legal basis to submit the Content to the Service;
the Content does not infringe the law or third-party rights;
the User does not submit special-category data, including health data, unless the User has a basis under Article 9 of the GDPR and it is necessary. ARmess is not a place for keeping such data.
Names, prices, images, and descriptions of products taken from shop pages may be protected by third-party rights. The User may store them in the Organization only to the extent permitted by law or by the rightsholder, and for the project. The User may not present them outside the Organization as the User’s own trade catalogue. The Provider does not check the rights in those materials.
Section 9. Acceptable use and illegal content
It is prohibited to submit illegal content, including content that infringes the law or third-party rights, malware, and content used for fraud, harassment, or impersonation. It is prohibited to bypass access controls, to test the security of the Service without the Provider’s prior consent, and to load the Service with automated requests beyond ordinary use and beyond the extension used as described in Section 4.
A notice of illegal content may be sent to the address in Section 1. The notice should identify the content and where it is located, explain why the notifier believes it is illegal, give the notifier’s name and email address, and include a statement that the notice is made in good faith and is accurate to the notifier’s knowledge. The Provider acknowledges receipt and informs the notifier of the decision. A person reviews notices. The Provider does not take a decision about the User based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects for the User.
If the Provider removes content, restricts a link, or suspends an Account because of content, the Provider gives the User the reason, the scope of the measure, and information on how to complain, unless providing that information is legally prohibited. The User may respond to the decision by a complaint under Section 14.
Section 10. Organization bookings and payments
The booking form operates for the Organization. The Organization is the party to the consultation contract. The Provider supplies the calendar, the confirmation message and, where the Organization configures the Service that way, the start of the payment.
If the Organization enables payment, the Organization is the seller and sets the gross price in Polish zloty. PayPro S.A., under the Przelewy24 name, handles the payment under that Organization’s contract with PayPro. The Provider passes on the data needed to start the payment and stores the order identifier and status. It does not store the payment-card number. The payment page shows the amount charged.
Before accepting payment, the Organization gives the client the main characteristics of the consultation, the gross price, the Organization’s name and address, and information on the right to withdraw from the consultation contract or on the statutory rule under which that right does not apply. Complaints about the price, the performance of the consultation, and the refund of that payment are addressed to the Organization. The Provider will pass to the Organization a notice that reached the Provider by mistake and concerns that contract.
Withdrawal from the ARmess contract is not withdrawal from the consultation contract and does not, by itself, refund a payment received by the Organization.
Section 11. Fees for ARmess
On the date of this version of the terms, the Provider makes ARmess available without a subscription fee payable to the Provider. The Provider does not require a deposit or an advance payment for the Account itself.
If the Provider introduces a paid plan, the Provider will state, before the order is placed, the gross price in Polish zloty, the billing period, the payment method, and the term of the contract. Introducing a fee, or changing a price, in relation to a Consumer or a Privileged trader requires that person’s express acceptance. Without acceptance, the contract ends at the end of the day before the day on which the fee was to become due, and the Provider does not charge that fee.
Section 12. Conformity of the digital service
For a Consumer, the Service must be in conformity with the contract throughout its term. Conformity is assessed against the description in this document and in the application, the ordinary purpose of a tool for organising interior-design projects, and the updates, including security updates, that the Provider supplies during the contract.
A Consumer’s rights where the Service is not in conformity are not excluded. The Consumer may require the Service to be brought into conformity. If the Provider refuses, does not do so within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience, or the lack of conformity is serious, the Consumer may require a price reduction where a price is paid, or may terminate the contract. Requests and time limits follow the Consumer Rights Act.
This Section does not replace a mandatory rule where the law gives the User wider protection.
Section 13. Right of withdrawal
A Consumer and a Privileged trader who concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day the contract is concluded. It is enough to send the statement to the address in Section 1 before the period ends. The instruction and the model form are Annex B. The statement may be made in the person’s own words.
While the Service is free of charge, the User may also request closure of the Account at any time, with effect for the future.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases listed in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act. For digital content or a digital service for which the User is obliged to pay a price to the Provider, that right is lost only when performance has begun with the User’s express prior consent, after the User was informed that the right of withdrawal would be lost and acknowledged that, and the Provider provided confirmation on a durable medium. Creating a free Account is not that statement.
Section 14. Complaints
A complaint is sent to the email address in Section 1, in Polish or English. It should contain enough detail to reply, a description of what happened, and the request. The Provider responds within 14 days of receiving it. Where the Consumer Rights Act treats a failure to answer within a statutory period as acceptance of the Consumer’s request, that effect follows from that Act.
A Consumer can obtain free help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman. In a cross-border dispute, the Consumer may contact the European Consumer Centre in Poland: https://konsument.gov.pl. The Provider is not obliged to take part in proceedings before a named consumer alternative-dispute-resolution body. The European Commission’s ODR platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and does not accept complaints.
Section 15. Liability
The Provider is liable for damage under Polish law. Liability that cannot be excluded is not excluded, in particular liability for damage caused intentionally, for personal injury, and, towards a Consumer, for lack of conformity of the digital service and for other mandatory duties. Those exclusions are also not applied to the extent they would be unlawful towards a Privileged trader.
Towards a User who is neither a Consumer nor a Privileged trader, the Provider is liable for actual damage caused by a failure to use due care. The Provider is not liable to that User for lost profits. If that User paid the Provider a fee, liability for events in a given year is limited to the fees paid for the previous 12 months. While the Service is free of charge, that limit is not set at zero.
The Provider is not a party to the contract between an Organization and its client and is not liable for:
content submitted by Users and Organizations;
performance of a consultation, the price of that consultation, or the refund of a payment received by the Organization;
whether product data on shop pages are current;
an interruption caused by force majeure, by the User, or by an independent sign-in or payment provider, which the Provider could not prevent with due care.
The Service is an organisational tool. It is not legal or tax advice and it is not an assurance of a design outcome. The Provider aims to keep the Service available and gives notice of planned maintenance when that is practicable. The previous sentence does not limit a Consumer’s rights under Section 12.
Section 16. Term, termination, and data
The contract is for an indefinite term. The User may stop using the Service at any time and request closure of the Account at the address in Section 1. If the Service offers Account closure in the interface, the User may use it. An Owner may end the Organization.
The Provider may terminate the contract on 30 days’ notice, or without notice for a serious reason: a material breach of these terms, a legal duty, or a lasting security threat that cannot be removed by a milder measure. Towards a Consumer, the notice states the reason and is not used to avoid the rights in Section 12.
After the contract ends, the Provider deletes or anonymises Account data and Content that the law does not require it to keep, within 30 days. Backups are overwritten in the ordinary cycle, and not kept for more than 90 days. Data needed to establish, bring, or defend claims are kept for the limitation period.
Before deletion, the User may request a copy of the User’s data in a commonly used, machine-readable format. The request is carried out within one month, with the extension the GDPR allows, of which the Provider informs the User.
Section 17. Changes
The Provider may change these terms for a valid reason: a change in the law, a change in the functions of the Service, a security need, or the introduction of a fee under Section 11. A material reduction of a function on which the User reasonably relies is a change of the terms.
The Provider announces a change on this page and, if it has the User’s email address, by email, at least 14 days before the change takes effect. A Consumer and a Privileged trader may terminate the contract up to the day before that day. A change of price, and a change that materially extends that person’s duties, requires that person’s express acceptance. Without acceptance, the contract ends at the end of the day before the change.
Other changes apply to a User who is neither a Consumer nor a Privileged trader from the stated day if that User does not terminate before that date. Correction of an obvious mistake that does not change rights or duties may be made by publishing the corrected text.
Section 18. Governing law and disputes
Polish law governs the contract. A Consumer does not lose the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where the Consumer habitually resides.
Disputes with a User who is neither a Consumer nor a Privileged trader are decided by the court with jurisdiction over the Provider’s seat. A Consumer may also sue in the courts of the Consumer’s place of residence, and a claim against a Consumer may be brought only in those courts, under the rules of procedure and Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
Section 19. Final provisions
If any provision is invalid, the others remain in force, and the invalid provision is replaced by the mandatory rule or by the legally permitted effect closest to the purpose of that provision.
This document, with its annexes, is the entire contract between the User and the Provider about ARmess. It does not change the User’s contracts with the User’s clients or the Organization’s contract with PayPro. Annex A prevails on the processing of entrusted data. The User may not assign the contract without the Provider’s consent. The Provider may assign the contract to a successor that operates the Service, after notice to the User and without reducing a Consumer’s rights.
Headings organise the text. Contact about the contract: the email address in Section 1.
Section 20. Personal data processed by the Provider
This Section is the information required by Article 13 of the GDPR about data for which the Provider is the controller. The Organization is the controller of client and collaborator data entered in the Organization and of the content of the Organization’s bookings. The Provider processes those data as a processor under Annex A. The Organization informs those people itself.
The Provider identified in Section 1 is the controller of Account data. No data-protection officer has been appointed. Contact: the email address in Section 1.
Purposes and bases:
creating the Account, providing the Service, and messages about the contract and changes to it: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
security, detecting abuse, the IP-address hash on a diary entry, and bringing claims: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in protecting the Service and the records needed to defend rights;
legal duties, including tax duties if they arise, and duties towards authorities: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Giving a name and an email address is voluntary, but it is required to conclude the contract. Without them, the Account is not created. The Provider does not use these data for its own marketing and does not sell them.
Recipients are people authorised by the Provider, the parties listed in Annex A for the purposes described there, and public authorities where the law requires disclosure. A sign-in provider is a separate controller of the data the User gives on that provider’s side. The Provider receives an identifier and the name and email address if the provider sends them.
A transfer outside the European Economic Area may occur when messages are sent through Resend and when the User signs in with an external provider. The transfer is based on standard contractual clauses or another mechanism in Chapter V of the GDPR. The Provider will provide a copy of the relevant safeguards on request, to the extent it can do so without disclosing another person’s secrets.
Account data are kept for the term of the contract and then for the periods in Section 16. The User has the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. The User may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, https://uodo.gov.pl.
Annex A. Data processing agreement
This Annex is the Article 28 GDPR contract between the Organization as controller and the Provider as processor. It applies for as long as the Organization is kept in the Service and for the deletion period in Section 16.
Subject matter
The Provider processes the data only to operate the project tools: storage, display to authorised people, backups, security, bookings, and transactional messages related to the Organization. The documented instructions are these terms and the settings the Organization chooses in the Service. If an instruction infringes the GDPR, the Provider informs the Organization.
Data and people
The data include name, email address, roles, the content of projects, tasks, the calendar, the diary, and shopping lists, files, the IP-address hash on a diary entry, and the consultation-payment identifier. The people are members of the Organization, clients, guests, and people named in the Content.
The Organization warrants that it has a legal basis for the processing and that it meets its duty to inform those people. It does not entrust special-category data unless it has a basis under Article 9 of the GDPR and has agreed that with the Provider in advance. ARmess is not intended for such data.
The Provider’s duties
It processes the data only on documented instructions, including for transfers outside the EEA.
It ensures that authorised people are bound to confidentiality.
It applies measures appropriate to the risk: access control, encrypted HTTPS transmission, passwords stored only as a hash, isolation of the Organization’s data in the application, share tokens with a limited lifetime, and a limit on the number of booking requests.
It assists the Organization, within the reasonable reach of the Service’s tools and the information it holds, with people’s requests, with breaches, and with impact assessments and consultations with the supervisory authority.
After becoming aware of a breach of entrusted data, it informs the Organization without undue delay.
When the service ends, it deletes or returns the data under Section 16, as the Organization chooses before deletion. If the Organization does not ask for return, the Provider deletes the data.
It makes available the information needed to demonstrate compliance with Article 28 of the GDPR. An audit may take place no more than once every 12 months, on 30 days’ notice, during working hours, and without access to other Organizations’ data, unless a supervisory authority or a breach that has been established requires otherwise. The Organization bears the cost of the audit, unless the audit shows a material breach of this contract.
Sub-processors
The Organization gives general authorisation for the sub-processors listed below. The Provider gives notice of an intended change by publishing it on this page at least 14 days in advance. The Organization may terminate the contract before the change takes effect for important data-protection reasons.

Annex B. Withdrawal instruction
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, the Provider identified in Section 1, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or by email to the address in Section 1.
You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal from this contract, in the cases provided by law.
The Provider’s explanation, which does not replace the statutory instruction: on the date of this version of the terms, ARmess is made available without a fee payable to the Provider. A payment for a consultation is a payment to the Organization. Whether it is refunded is decided by the contract with the Organization and the law that applies to that contract, not by this Annex.
Model withdrawal form
To: the Provider in Section 1, [[EMAIL]], [[ADRES]]
I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the ARmess service.
